Since 1934, The Alison Company has operated as a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm functioning primarily as a loan correspondent for various life insurance companies and other active commercial real estate lenders. The business is oriented towards income-producing real estate and focused on institutional quality property.

At the present time, The Alison Company is a servicing correspondent with regional or local representation for ten life insurance companies and two CMBS lenders. The Company also maintains preferred relationships with commercial real estate lenders of all types. Business volumes have increased as a direct result of the company's commitment to provide our clients with the best service available and our effort to anticipate and react to today's changing market. As a result the Company continues to utilize an average of over 20 different lenders annually. The Alison Company also provides equity placement and structured finance services with personnel dedicated to this particular specialty. As a result, the company can provide a single source for all the components of our client's real estate transactions. In addition, our in-house closing and servicing departments enable The Alison Company to provide clients with experience and service beyond origination.

The Alison Company enjoys an excellent reputation and has been in business for over seventy-six (76) years. The Company handles a multitude of real estate transactions and the experience of its key personnel exceeds a combined term of over 100 years. The Company provides its services to many borrowers from large institutions to individual investors.

Alison merged with Phoenix based Access Commercial Mortgage in 1999. The production staff now covers commercial real estate markets nationwide from offices located in Newport Beach and Los Angeles, Scottsdale and Las Vegas.
